Who we are

Nuwera is a business based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, run by Matthew Dixon. This page explains what we collect when you start a conversation on nuweragroup.com.

What we collect

Your name, business name, email address, mobile number if you give one, the kind of business you run, what you tell us is not working, your answers to our two permission questions, and how you would like to set a time. We also record the page address, how long the steps took, and any campaign tags from the link you used. If you pick a time, Google Calendar collects the details its booking form asks for.

If you use the speak button, your phone or browser turns your voice into text using its own speech service (for example, Apple or Google). We receive only the text.

Please don't send us client names or health details. We don't need them.

Why we collect it

To schedule and prepare for your conversation, to confirm your time, and to follow up about it. If you give a mobile number, Matthew may call you, text to find a time if you asked us to, and send one reminder before the call if you said that was okay. We don't sell your information. We don't add you to a marketing list without asking.

Who sees it

Matthew Dixon and the service providers we use to run this page, scheduling and email (Netlify, which hosts this site, Google Workspace and Make). They handle your details only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep conversation requests for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at matthew@nuweragroup.com.
